Are your perfumes original?
Yes. We sell 100% authentic perfumes only, from Arabic houses such as Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan, Ahmed Al Maghribi, Al Haramain, Rasasi, Swiss Arabian and Rayhaan, and from designer brands.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE. We do not ship outside the UAE.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the UAE, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Dubai and 2–4 working days to other emirates. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Apple Pay. The options available are shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes can only be returned if they are faulty. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge if you contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy.

How long will a perfume last on my skin?
It depends on the concentration and your skin. As a guide, Eau de Toilette lasts around 4–6 hours, Eau de Parfum around 6–10 hours, and Extrait de Parfum longer. Spraying on pulse points and moisturised skin helps scent last longer.
How do I track my order?
