2. Who can order
Our online store serves customers with a delivery address in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian, and that the details you provide are accurate.
3. Products
We sell genuine, authentic products only. We try to show product names, sizes, images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but packaging and bottle designs can change from time to time and colours may look different on your screen. Fragrance notes and longevity are a guide; how a perfume smells and lasts can vary from person to person.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery within the UAE is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Delivery areas and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
7. Returns and refunds

Please test any fragrance on a small area of skin first and stop using it if irritation occurs. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
