We want you to love every fragrance you buy from Aroma World Perfumes. Because perfumes are personal-care products, we follow the rules below to keep every bottle we sell fresh, sealed and authentic.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery charges.
Returns of unopened items
- You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and still sealed in its original cellophane and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or had the seal removed, unless the item is faulty.
- Testers, samples, discounted clearance items and gift sets that have been opened cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Unopened, sealed items may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
How to request a return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 588 7414 or email aromaworldperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange collection from your address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.
Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return delivery costs
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, faulty or wrong item), we cover the return delivery. For other eligible returns, the customer covers the return delivery cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 3 working days of our inspection. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, it is treated as a return under this policy.
