Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order to any address in the UAE, with no minimum spend.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched from Dubai within 1–2 working days of being placed. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Dubai and 2–4 working days to other emirates. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or during busy sale periods may take a little longer.
Order updates
You will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is dispatched, we will share the delivery details by email or WhatsApp. Our courier may call you to arrange delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct.
Delivery address
Please check your address, building and flat or villa number, and phone number carefully at checkout. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or because no one is available after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to rearrange; a further delivery charge may apply.
Packaging
Every perfume is packed securely to protect the bottle during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge (see our Refund Policy).
